Skill file library
Skill File Library
The complete skill files from the published articles, maintained as versioned plain markdown downloads. Every file carries a version number, a changelog, a licence, and an honest record of the model it was last tested against. Anything not tested says so.
How this library works: each entry is a single markdown file you load into ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft 365 Copilot as a skill or project instruction. Files are versioned in the filename; when a file is superseded, the old version stays at its original URL and the entry below points at the latest. The tested-against line records only what was actually exercised, on the date shown, against constructed de-identified sample inputs; every other platform is listed as not yet tested. Licence for every file: free to use and adapt internally, attribution appreciated, no warranty, educational purposes only.
De-Identified Claim Chronology Builder

- Workers compensation case managers and claims teams working under the SRC Act.
- Platforms:
- ChatGPT (Skills or a project), Claude (skills or project instructions), Microsoft 365 Copilot (Agent Builder).
- Tested against:

- From the article:
- A Claim Chronology Skill File Built for De-Identification
Warning: de-identification required. This file processes claim material. De-identify everything before use: [CLAIMANT_NAME], [CLAIM_NUMBER] and [DATE_OF_BIRTH] placeholders, date tokens instead of real dates, never a real identifier. The file stops and asks if an identifier appears.
Download De-Identified Claim Chronology Builder v1.0Determination Evidence Check
Audits a de-identified draft determination under the SRC Act for evidence completeness: every factual assertion mapped to a source document, the statutory elements checked, hedged language flagged. Produces a review checklist, never a decision.

- Platforms:
- ChatGPT (Skills or a project), Claude (skills or project instructions), Microsoft 365 Copilot (Agent Builder).

- GRC and compliance teams running first-pass impact assessments on regulator releases.
- Platforms:
- ChatGPT (Skills or a project), Claude (skills or project instructions), Microsoft 365 Copilot (Agent Builder).

Warning: de-identification required. This file works from incident learnings. Supply them de-identified: roles, not names, and nothing that could identify a person. The file stops and asks if an identifier appears.
Download Safety Comms Drafter v1.0Incident Notification Triage
Structures the first-hour record of a workplace incident and lays the facts under each notifiable incident question, unknowns marked UNKNOWN, with a site and evidence preservation checklist. It never decides notifiability, and the immediate duty to notify the regulator always outranks it.
- Who it is for:
- WHS practitioners, site managers and duty managers in Australian workplaces.
- Platforms:
- ChatGPT (Skills or a project), Claude (skills or project instructions), Microsoft 365 Copilot (Agent Builder).
- Tested against:

- An Incident Triage Skill File That Never Decides Notifiability

Download Incident Notification Triage v1.0Investigation Chronology and Allegation Map
Builds a neutral event chronology and an allegation-evidence map from de-identified workplace investigation material, with procedural fairness checkpoints tracked and no findings anywhere.

Download Investigation Chronology and Allegation Map v1.0Policy-Grounded HR Query
Answers routine HR questions strictly from the organisation's uploaded policies, quoting the operative clause word for word, and escalates anything the policies do not cover or that involves an identifiable person.
- Who it is for:
- HR generalists and advisers answering routine policy questions.
- Platforms:
- ChatGPT (Skills or a project), Claude (skills or project instructions), Microsoft 365 Copilot (Agent Builder).

- From the article:
- An HR Skill File That Answers From Your Policies, Not the Internet

Download Policy-Grounded HR Query v1.0Decision Memo
Produces a one-page decision memo: the decision as one sharp question, options including do nothing, evidence for and against drawn only from supplied material, risks and reversibility, and a draft recommendation for the decision-maker to test.

- Your First Skill File: A Decision Memo On Demand
Team Brief
Turns a leader's intent for delegated work into a one-page team brief with explicit decision rights, check-in points and done-looks-like statements, and no personal performance content anywhere.
- Who it is for:
- Team leaders delegating work and the people receiving it.
- Platforms:
- ChatGPT (Skills or a project), Claude (skills or project instructions), Microsoft 365 Copilot (Agent Builder).
- Tested against:

- From the article:
- Who Owns Your Team's Skill Library?
Skill files pair with the platform configurations (where to load them and what never goes into each platform) and the workflow recipes (fixed-format procedures for recurring tasks). Each source article explains how its file was built and how to adapt it.
General information and education only. Not legal, compliance, financial, or professional advice. Every skill file output is a draft for a qualified person to verify; files touching claim, incident or personnel data must only ever be used with de-identified material, and your organisation's policies govern any workplace use.
