Last updated: 19 April 2026

1. Acceptance

By using TheAICommand (the Site), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

The Site is operated as an independent publication based in New South Wales, Australia. There is no company or ABN at this stage, and all Site content is free. We reserve the right to transfer the operation of the Site to an Australian company (such as a Pty Ltd) without changing your rights under these Terms.

3. Licence to access

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and read the Site for personal or internal professional use. You may share links to articles freely. You may quote short excerpts (up to 100 words) with attribution and a working link back. You may not: (a) scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Site; (b) use Site content as training data for any machine learning model without our prior written consent; (c) reproduce articles, newsletters, or assessment content in full on another site or platform; or (d) resell or rebadge our content as your own.

4. User submissions

If you email us feedback, suggestions, or corrections, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them to improve the Site and publicly acknowledge them, unless you ask us not to. Don't send us anything confidential, privileged, or sensitive. Don't send us actual case or client data.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, graphics, layout, code, and the TheAICommand name and logo) is owned by TheAICommand and protected by Australian and international copyright law. The slogan Intelligence, At Your Command. is our brand mark. Third-party trademarks (for example, product or software names) are the property of their respective owners.

6. Prohibited conduct

When using the Site you must not: (a) breach any law; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access; (d) introduce malicious code; (e) impersonate anyone; or (f) use the Site to harass, defame, or harm others.

7. Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. See our Content Disclaimer for specific guidance on how our educational content should (and should not) be used. Pay particular attention to workers compensation, GRC, legal, financial, and other regulated contexts.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded (such as under the Australian Consumer Law), our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant content or service. Because the Site is free, your remedy for any alleged loss is primarily to stop using the Site.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim or loss arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Newsletter

If you subscribe to TheAICommand Brief, you agree to receive it by email. You can unsubscribe at any time from the footer of any email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your subscription.

12. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time. We may revoke your access to the Site if you breach these Terms.
